It's Friday!

Well, it's finally Friday. It's been a long week. I haven't posted a new entry since Michael Jackson died. That kind of threw a wrench in everything and got me off course.
But I'm back.
I got a new burning pen and a new workbook and have started burning again. The photo here is the only one of people that I've done, but I love the way it turned out and I plan on doing more. This photo and others I plan to do like it is the reason there is a disclaimer before you enter my blog. Oooooh, nudity.
Right now I'm working on a black panther. I may have bitten off more than I can chew with it, but we'll see.
Anyway, not much has been going on. Steve and I haven't sold the house yet, but we've had a lot of traffic. A lot of pain in the ass traffic. They call and give a little notice and then we have to get everything looking nice and take Buster out and wait for strangers to walk around our house.
It's going on a month now and we're over it. Again!
I was supposed to go to the gym on my way home from work today, but it didn't work out so well. Again I had every intention in the middle of the day, but by the time five came around, the car just wanted to drive home.
So I made a cup of coffee (yeah, even though we're having another fucking 104 degree day). But I needed a pick-me-up before I start burning.
I haven't heard anything else about the movie. Hopefully the next time I hear something the final draft of the script will be done and we'll be that much closer.
Speaking of movies--Harry Potter is almost here! We're gonna try and go Thursday night. I know it will be crazy crowded but we don't want to wait until Saturday morning like we were going to.
Other than that, I think it's all good.
I have to keep this short because I have a lot of work to do.

We've started a new year. We've started a new opportunity to be a better person. A happier person. It's no secret that I'm one of the worst bloggers around. Why? Because no one reads it. And that had been a difficult thing for me to handle for years. So I feel I don't need to try.  2018 was a bad year. No only because there's a new problem with the cunt in the White House every day, but with people in general. People have gotten more violent and uncaring. Freedom of Speech?

  It’s been a while since I’ve posted here. It’s been a while since I’ve done any type of writing. I don’t even have a website anymore. I wasn’t planning on writing anything, probably eve again, but lately, things have been changing.  The “Supreme” Court has been making very dangerous changes to the laws in our country. Particularly six of the judges. Six CONSERVATIVE judges, who are forcing us to go back to the 1950’s! Their latest stunt is allowing businesses to discriminate against LGBT+ people if they don’t want to serve them, because it’s against their religion. They’re claiming it falls under the First Amendment: freedom of speech.  Oh, yeah, we’ll, here’s some freedom of speech for you: Fuck them!!! Fuck all Republicans!!! Fuck Donald tRump and his illiterate cult. Finished another one

After an almost seven month break from writing, yesterday I finished another book. It is the first installment of a new new trilogy called My Leprechaun . The first book is titled The End of the Rainbow . I'm excited about this series, but I'm also filled with angst. Finishing a book and getting it ready to put out into the world and see what it does is usually an exciting time. There's always that chance that this book will be the one that puts my name on the map. In pure blog openness,  that's what I had hoped for when I released Reunion last October. It was my first ghost story, and I thought it would make a huge splash. But it didn't. I fought for months just to get a few reviews.  The excitement fizzled and faded. And something inside me turned off. That was the start of my break from writing.  I was sure I was done working so hard for nothing in return. But there was this story that I had wanted to tell for years. I had almost finished the first draft months
